WANÅS

Our headquarter is at Wanås. Wanås consists of a farm, an art foundation, a hotel and restaurant. The farm, kitchen, fields, nature and daily cultural encounter is where we work and test our ideas. Wanås Estate is situated in Skåne, Sweden.

Wanås farm has 1750 hectares of plant cultivation, 350 hectares of pasture and 3.200 hectares woodland. Wanås produces organic milk, beef, cereals, potatoes, broad beans and other root vegetables.

All farming and life stock is organic since 1999 and operated under ambitious, sustainable principles. The forestry is FSC and PEFC certified. Wanås produces their own forage for the cows who in turn deliver back natural fertiliser to the fields. Hunting and game meat is an important part of Wanås operation.
